Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return window: You may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
Condition: For health and hygiene reasons, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
How to start a return:
- Email www@beambalm.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll review your request and send return instructions.
- Ship the item back as instructed.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
